PIN Code
A PIN Code is a password which protects the phone from being accessed by an authorized users. Newly bought phones have a default password such as "0000" or "1234". Or, simply refer into you phone's user manual. Anyway, you can change the PIN Code of your phone with any combinations that you can remember for more secured security of your device.
PUK Code
A PUK Code is also a number combination that needs to be entered into the phone when the SIM has an "error". Usually, the error occurs due to the wrong PIN. There's actually two PUK Codes, PUK 1 and PUK 2. PUK 1 is used for unlocking PIN 1 and PUK 2 for PIN 2.

How to Share-A-Load?
Step 1: Simply dial *143# then press SEND or CALL on your device.
Step 2: You will be prompted a series of options where you have to choose the Share-A-Load promo. What you have to do is to press on the REPLY or ANSWER button and enter the number that corresponds into the promotional offer. Currently, Share-A-Load promo is number 9. So enter 9 then press SEND.
Step 3: Another series of options will be presented on your screen which are the following:
1 - Send Load w/o PIN
2 - Send Load w/ PIN
3 - Send Promo w/o PIN
4 - Send Promo w/ PIN
Press the number key on your phone that correspond to your choice from the options. If you are pretty sure about the number you are trying to share a load then you can choose option 1 while option 2 if you're not. Once done, press the SEND button.
Step 4: Enter the amount of load that you would like to share then press SEND.
Step 5: Finally, enter the 10-digit mobile number receiving the load (example: 9051234567) then press SEND button for confirmation.
Step 6: Wait for the confirmation message which will require you to REPLY the word "YES".
Once you have completed all those steps, you will receive another message as final confirmation that you just have successfully shared a load.
There are two methods on how to load your mobile phone in the Philippines. The first and most common method is via Stores because you can obtain a load ranging from Php 5 to Php 150.

3. And finally, type 1 to check your remaining prepaid load balance then press SEND.
