Pay your GSAT Subscription via Prepaid Cards

You don't have to go and visit any GSAT main offices near your place just to pay for your monthly bill. It's because GSAT Satellite TV Prepaid Cards are now available at any local GSAT dealer. The card offers monthly, three months, six months to one year subscription.

So how do you load the card?

Okay, here's a detailed steps on how to load a GPINOY Prepaid Card.

1. Scratch the Protective Label

At the back of the card, there's a silver coating that can be scratch. I suggest that you should use a coin in scratching off this label. You have to do it lightly as you might damage the hidden security number.

2. Send the Code

You need a cellular phone with a load balance because you will be sending the code into the GSAT main office for activation.

4. Wait for 5 Minutes

Once you have successfully sent the code, wait for about 5 minutes and your IRD box will be activated. Sometimes, it may take more than 5 minutes probably due to some technical reasons.

GSAT Pinoy Satellite TV Review

It's already been a year now since we subscribed into GSAT Pinoy Satellite TV services. And as a result, we are completely satisfied with their services. I honestly have no complaint about.

The only problem that we often experiences is that, when it rains hard or during a bad weather condition, the reception is being cut-off. But, this is not due to GSAT's services but due to the bad weather especially the strong winds. A slight movement of the dish can actually cause the signal from being cut-off. Anyway, this issue isn't only for the GSAT but to all other satellite TV providers as well.

How to Check If Your Load Has been Credited Successfully?

For those who are confused whether if they successfully loaded their card, you can now check it using iGsat. All you have to do is to enter your "Box Number" on the form and submit. Then, wait for the info.

Fix to GSAT e11 Smart Card Not Compatible

I noticed that there are a number of GSAT subscribers with issues regarding about e11 error.

If you encountered e11 smart card not compatible then try to unplug and then replug your cable connection. Then, try to reset your unit. Doing so should make your unit functional. However, if it does not work then this means that your unit is “subject for replacement”. Replacing your unit is done by coordinating to an authorized dealer.
