As a solution, I decided to buy one of those mouthwash products being commercialized on the TV. So I bought this "Astring-O-Sol" mouthwash for around 90 Php. On the label it says, "Tri-Defense Formula" and "No Alcohol". I really do not know what it means by Tri-Defense but the No Alcohol, I do understand this part. This is good because I really don't drink alcohol.
According to the product descriptions, Astring-O-Sol has the concentrated contents that can absolutely terminate 99.99% of germs and bacteria in your mouth. This is really great but I just wonder why it lacks 0.01%.
I am actually using this mouthwash now for around 2 weeks and I can really feel my teeth clean. However, my mom can still smell my bad breath even after gurgling with this mouthwash product. I think that I really need to see my dentist about this issue.
To use Astring-O-Sol, you have to brush your teeth first. When you're done, fill-up a spoon then gurgle it with your mouth for 60 seconds or 1 minute. The taste is fresh mint which is good but do not swallow it. I think it's dangerous to swallow it so it's best if you don't.
