Privacy Policy

Among the other pages of this blog, this Privacy Policy section is the most important among them all since it will going to tell you what information are being gathered upon your visit. Anyway, you have nothing to worry about important information about your true identity such as your Real Name, Address, Email and etc... because it is my responsibility to protect them.

http://geraldcamcam.blogspot.com/ is the main domain of this blog that you need to be aware about. Please take note that the moment you have exited on this domain, my Policy will no longer cover the other domain that you have visited. These external links are being managed by another blogger or site owners and they do have different policies implemented on their own website. Therefore, it is recommended that you need to read their own Privacy Policy as well.

As I already mentioned above, it is my responsibility to protect any of your valuable information while you are currently browsing every pages of this blog. The following are the methods on how this simple blog gathers data:

Blogger's Default Log-files

Blogger blog is a popular blogging platform where there are thousands of users around the world that shares their own information for free. It has already undergone several upgrades and now offers Log-Files for the users to take a look on the numbers of their visitors and these includes information such as IP, Country, Search Engine and etc... I often use this tool to check the daily views of this personal blog of mine.

StatCounter

StatCounter is a free service used by many webmasters to monitor their visitors' behavior. This blog is using StatCounter in which I am able to track and gather some information about your visits. Some of these information includes your Country, ISP, City, Browser, Search Engine, Landing Page, Exit Page, Duration of your Stay and etc...

In order to gather those information, StatCounter's script needs to install its small cookie file into your PC's hard drive.

Google's Webmaster Tools

Just like StatCounter above, Google's Webmaster Tools collects data which include the number of your visits, demographic location, type of devices and the search terms on how you accessed this blog. Although, this isn't really a tool that is focused in monitoring traffic into my blog but it is a tool offered by Google to troubleshoot any issues about SEO

Advertisers

This is just a Simple Personal Blog but there are some Advertisers who are willing to pay commissions by simply placing their ads on the corner of this blog. However, they might generate some "Cookies" which will be stored on your Temporary Folder.

Infolinks

The Advertising Party that I am currently using to monetize this blog is Infolinks. This is a money making program where I generate commissions from their Text Links Ads. Aside from the text links ads are the Infold, Intag, inframe and Inscreen ads that appear all together especially from the time of your first visit. And as an advertising company, they do generate cookies explained below.

Cookies

Cookies as I mentioned are automatically generated by my Advertisers and they are files stored automatically on your computer and you can find it at the Temporary Folder. They are used by the advertisers to record your activity to learn more about your interest. So when you are going to visit this blog in the future, you will be presented with more appropriate products or services that you might be interested to check.

If you are curious about the content of the Cookies files, then you can open them up in your notepad. Most of them are encrypted to prevent those who are trying to tamper it. If you have high curiosity and you really want to know the content of that certain cookie then please contact the advertiser that generated such file since I do not have the authority to interpret such code.

Other Links

You will encounter other links pointing to another domain. I linked them into this blog since they have related information to share and with the aim that you will acquire additional info beside from what is found on this blog. But, just to take a note, please be advised to read their own Privacy Policy as well.

GDPR

In order to comply with EU's GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation, this Privacy Policy page already explain about how it collects data from its visitors. Thus, if want me to delete your information that happens to be stored from the data of this blog then just contact me and give me the details.
