Despite of the company’s name Palawan, their services isn’t actually just catered for that particular region of the country. They have thousands of scattered branches across nationwide. Through Palawan Express’ partnership with other big companies, this ensures that you can easily have access to their service of sending or receiving your money anywhere you are.

Listed below are the Palawan Express Pera Padala transaction rates. The rates are divided into two major groups. First group is the Metro Manila and North Luzon. Second group are Visayas to Mindanao, South Luzon, Masbate, Romblon, and Palawan.

Steps on Sending Money through Palawan Express


Step 1: Go to the nearest Palawan Express outlet from your location. If you do not have any idea then you can use Google Maps to help you out.

Step 2: Ask the agent to give you the Send Money Form. But in most cases, the form is readily available at the counter where you can just grab one for yourself. Just make sure that it is the Send Money Form and not the Receive Money Form.

Step 3: Fill-up your Send Money Form where you will be providing your name, the receiver’s name, and your Mobile number.

Step 4: After filling-up the Send Money Form with all the required details, hand it over to the agent. Along with the form, you also need to provide at least one valid ID.

Step 5: When the agent have finished checking all the details that you provided, pay the overall required amount that is needed. These are the amount of money that you are going to send and its corresponding transaction fee.

Step 6: Finalize your transaction by double checking all the details before you sign the copy of the form.

Step 7: The agent will ask you to wait for a few seconds for them to process your transaction and print a copy of your receipt. Your receipt includes the code which you need to pass to your receiver to claim the money that you just sent.

Aside from the receipt, you will also receive an SMS notification informing you that your remittance is ready to be claimed to any Palawan Express branches in the Philippines.

Steps on Receiving Money through Palawan Express


Step 1: Visit the nearest available Palawan Express outlet in your area.

Step 2: Fill out the Receive Money Form with all the necessary details which includes the sender’s name and the secret code.

Step 3: Submit the form to the agent along with any of your valid ID.

Step 4: At this point, the agent may ask you to wait for a few seconds for them to process your transaction.

Step 5: You will be called by the agent to release your money and at the same time, you need to sign the receipt that you have successfully received your money. And of course, you will be given a copy of the receipt.

Moreover, you have to know that remittance sent through Palawan Express can be claimed within a period of 30 days without charges or fees. If you intend to claim your money over a period of 30 days then it is subjected to 30 pesos or 1 percent charge of the principal amount on a monthly basis. But if your money is unclaimed for 1 year, then you might end up losing all of it.
